I've been so busy lately with homework and everything I'll try to work everything out and post more often. This manicure started with me attempting to recreate the beauty of an opal but it kind of failed, but I got a fun mani from it.
Look at the prettiness! :D I started with a thin coat of Pure Ice "Mint Dream". Then I put a thin coat of Pure Ice "Beeware" over that and a coat of Sally Hansen "Rock Candy" on top of that. After that I put another coat of Mint Dream and finally put one more coat of Rock Candy over everything. I top coated everything with Spoiled "X-Ray Vision"
I absolutely love Mint Dream because of it's pretty blue shimmer. The polish itself is a milky sheer white with blue, and at extreme angles, pink shimmer.
What I really like with this combo you can really see all the layers with the polishes. What do you think about this combo?

Happy Turkey Day!
Happy Thanksgiving to everybody who celebrates it :) I'm gonna keep this short because I need to leave in approximately 2.76 minutes.
The base color is The Color Workshop "Penny Perfect" (BTW This originally did not have a name so I named it. I've also named all the other unnamed polishes I have and I'll make a post about them soon) Everything else was done with various acrylic paints mixed together. I top coated everything with Spoiled "X-Ray Vision"
Oops forgot to turn flash off |

One Direction Nails
So I'm a complete fangirl and I love One Direction. Yesterday was their sophomore album release and I'm showing my pride on my nails. I won't rant about them (for all you directionators) so here's what I did. *EDIT: Oops I just realized I did the Irish flag backwards. Oh wells, everyone makes mistakes*
For the Union Jack the blue is yet another unnamed Simple Pleasures polish (One day I'll name all of them so I won't have 10 unnamed polishes) and the red and white is acrylic paint. For the Irish Flag the white is NK "Really White" and the orange and green is acrylic paint. (BTW If you're wondering why I use so much acrylic paint it's because I don't have the necessary nail polish color and acrylic paint is easier to use because it's more opaque and dries faster.) I top coated everything with Spoiled by Wet n Wild "X-Ray Vision"
What do you think? Do you like it?

Jagged Teeth
There really isn't much to say about this look. It's basically what it looks like. It's a tape mani just in case anyone was wondering.
The pink is an unnamed pink from Simple Pleasures. The black is NK "Noir" and the silver is Wet n Wild "Metallica"
